*This group is NOT therapy, it is peer support and oriented around learning, discovery, and community in an autism affirming space.)

This group has been going strong since 2023! I am proud to keep offering this group again for 2027. Learning you are autistic later in life can be an isolating and lonely experience. Many times, our friends and family don't understand what we are going through and it's even hard for us to understand it. Joining a group of late-discovered folks, some very early in their discovery journey and some many years in, offers a place where you don't have to overexplain your autistic experience in hopes the other person might finally understand, we understand. I don't think I've ever heard someone bring something up in the group that no one else related to. The beauty of a group like this is the wealth of knowledge and experience that each participant brings. It is truly an honor to lead it and I am looking forward to finishing out 2026 and continuing into 2027 (and beyond!). This group is open to any adult (18+) residing anywhere in the world.
