Welcome. If you are looking for a safe, neurodivergence-celebrating supportive space to speak about the struggles of being an autistic parent, look no further. Being an autistic person is hard, period. Add being a parent on top of it and it can be a real struggle. You deserve a space to connect with other autistic parents to support each other, learn from each other, and build community.

Logistics: Each support group is drop-in which means that you don't need to sign up for a certain number of the groups, you could attend just one or attend them all. Space subject to availability. Capacity is currently capped at 15 to keep the group small. Support groups take place over Zoom on the 2nd Tuesday of the month 6:30pm-7:30pm PST. Our first meeting will be on December 12th, 2023. The Zoom link will be provided upon sign up.
